5 tips for writing goals:
Set your goals to be BHAG’s (Big Hairy Audacious Goals).
Make sure they are measurable. How will you measure them complete?
Make them specific.
Use present tense language, “I have” or “I am.”
Give your goals a by-when date.
I am practicing 5x5 pull-ups every Tuesday & Thursday, to do 20 pull-ups in a row by November 1st.

Make goals for your Health, Career, and Personal life.
Start from 10 years, then work back to 5 years, then 1 year from now.
Make a chart similar to this in your journal:
10 years 5 years 1 year
Health Goals: ________________ ________________ _________________
Career Goals: _______________ ________________ _________________
Personal Goals: ________________ ________________ _________________
When finished, post your goals in your room where you can see them often. Share them with people that can encourage you. Then get excited, because you are so much closer to where you want to be!
