You have a lot on your plate: running your business, showing up for your relationships, and attending that one event you RSVP’d to. Your favorite instagram influencer posts about self-care, but is that just a dream? You are doing your best, but your life is beginning to feel like rinse and repeat, and you are wondering, how to create a healthy lifestyle beyond the treadmill.
I am not interested in the gym being just a checklist. I believe fitness is more than a protein shake. Movement is a lifestyle and it is to be enjoyed, not dreaded! There are so many ways we can strengthen our bodies, and my joy is it to see people find freedom in movement that makes them come alive, feel strong and capable. Fitness is not about a quick fix, it is about sustainability. Little changes create impact. The goal is to get you well, whether it’s a new meal plan, crushing that pull-up goal, or being confident in your own skin. Maybe it’s not about having one more person put pressure on you to have it all together— we do that enough ourselves.
Maybe it’s about having someone in your corner that wants to see you succeed, and will help you do just that.
With a new rhythm, I want people to find what makes their heart beat again. It’s about falling in love with who you are right now. It’s about never settling for a good life, when you can have a great one. What I know to be true, is that can you learn to tune into your body and allow it to be a voice to you. Your body can begin to tell you what it needs— and you can trust it.

It’s hard to say that I just like working out, it’s much deeper than that. Kinetically, the world makes sense to me— it’s how I see everything around me is connected.
Naomi is a personal trainer, passionate about empowering others in the pursuit of fully living. The last 10 years as a coach, she has cultivated an active lifestyle encompassed by positivity, and taking shame out of the equation. Making movement a joy again, and developing the desire in others to be well in every area of life.
